For over two decades, our Pregnancy Help Centers have provided non-judgmental support to individuals across East Tennessee facing planned or unplanned pregnancies. With six locations and a mobile ultrasound unit, we are here to walk beside you—offering care, education, and resources from your first question through early parenting.

WHAT WE OFFER

Free Pregnancy Testing

Professional, medically-trained staff offer lab-grade tests in a confidential setting. If your test is positive, we’ll provide documentation you can use to apply for medical coverage, WIC, or schedule an OB appointment.

Free Limited Ultrasounds

Once pregnancy is confirmed, clients qualify for an ultrasound to determine intrauterine pregnancy, fetal heartbeat, and gestational age. Our sonographers follow ALARA standards for safety and do not diagnose fetal abnormalities, miscarriage, or gender.

Parenting Education & Baby Bucks

We offer over 250 in-person and virtual classes covering pregnancy, parenting, and life skills for both moms and dads. With every completed class, you earn "Baby Bucks" to shop for items like diapers, car seats, clothing, and more.

Community Referrals

We partner with local agencies to connect you with housing support, food, transportation, domestic violence services, education, employment, and legal aid.

Post-Abortion Support

For anyone affected by abortion—women, men, family, or medical personnel—Project Rachel offers confidential counseling, support groups, and healing retreats.
